Quiet activities

Videos:  Veggie tale may be watched as I prepare lunch usually for ages 2 years and older. At nap time age 6 and older may watch TV.  Children also may look at books or do puzzles at this time.   After 4:00 PM it gets quiet here most children have gone home they can play with toys and by 4:30 everything is picked up and we have a choice of books to look at until closing. Each month I have a new selection of books to go with the learning themes.   During the day we get plenty of exercise and do fun activities so I feel that watching TV or a Video  is fine because it is a good learning experience.
